I am a Yoga Alliance Certified (590 RYT) teacher, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Mindfulness Yoga, with a background in neurobiology. My work integrates neuroscience and traditional yogic practices to optimize movement, nervous system regulation, vagus nerve activation, and Gut-Brain axis healing.
As said in Bhagavad Gita;
“Uddhared atmanatmanam, natmanam avasadayet,
Atmaiva hy atmano bandhur, atmaiva ripur atmanah.”
Translation:
“One should elevate oneself by one’s own efforts,
And should not degrade oneself.
For the self is the friend of the self,
And the self is the enemy of the self.”
I strongly believe that individuals have the power to shape their brain’s function and structure through conscious effort, mindfulness, and self-awareness. When we merge these ancient teachings of self awareness, mental discipline and self regulation with science we can cultivate a deeper experiences of healing, growth and resilience on and off the mat.
My expertise is shaped by both academic knowledge and personal experience. Having suffered from tuberculosis in the lumbar spine (L1-L5) during my early teenage years, I endured chronic pain and trauma for over a decade. This journey led me to explore the intersection of neuroscience, yoga, and holistic healing, culminating in the development of Brain-Body Movement – a structured methodology that fosters neuroplasticity, emotional processing, and overall nervous system balance.
Unlike conventional yoga or fitness routines, Brain-Body Movement is intentionally designed to create lasting neurological and physiological changes. It is not just about flexibility or strength, it is about resetting the way your body and brain communicate.
Brain-Body Movement is a unique methodology that merges neuroscience, yoga, and mindfulness to optimize the mind-body connection. It is designed to regulate the nervous system, promote emotional resilience, and enhance cognitive and physical performance.
Rooted in neuroscience-neuroplasticity, polyvagal theory, and ancient yogic knowledge, this approach helps individuals rewire their nervous system, release stored trauma, and break limiting movement patterns. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, gut health issues, athletic performance barriers, or simply would like to improve Brain health, this is for you!
If you are ready to experience the transformative power of BBM, book a session or join a workshop to begin your journey. Your body and brain are meant to work in harmony so let’s awaken that connection together.
In a world where stress, trauma, and disconnection have become the norm, my mission is to empower individuals with deep, integrative knowledge that combines Vedantic philosophy, neuroscience, and traditional yogic practices. I aim to provide accessible, structured, and science-supported methods that guide people toward:
✔ Nervous system healing & emotional resilience
✔ Trauma-informed movement & self-regulation
✔ Authentic yogic wisdom beyond diluted modern approaches
✔ Practical application of Vedantic teachings for daily life
Take an initiative towards better living choices..
Here, you’ll learn how to reclaim your inner strength through practices that calm your mind, balance your emotions, and awaken your body’s natural ability to heal.
Healing is more effective when done together. In this space, you will find understanding, connection, and inspiration from others on the same journey.
This is not just about temporary relaxation, it’s about creating real change in how you think, feel, and experience life.
