Past trauma (emotional or physical), chronic stress creates neuromuscular restrictions resulting in chronic pain, poor movement and posture patterns.
This workshop offers a brain-based, practical framework to help you rewire old movement patterns, enhance movement intelligence, and restore pain-free mobility.
