BBM recognizes that trauma is not held in a single layer: it is distributed across your brain pathways, muscle tone, breathing patterns, and habitual meaning-making. By combining deep neurobiology with trauma-informed movement, BBM trains your nervous system to integrate across all of these layers simultaneously. We do not force the body to surrender: we provide the titrated protocols required to actually build the biological capacity for calm.
